Biography
Barbara Sass (1936) is a screenwriter and film and theater director. She graduated from film school in Lodz. Starting in TV productions, she made her debut with the psychological film Without Love (Bez miłości, 1980). She followed this with nearly two dozen films, of which we'll mention The Scream (Krzyk, 1982), The Girl and the Doves (Dziewczęta z Nowolipek,1985), Caged (W klatce, 1988), Spiderwomen (Pajęczarki,1992) and Temptation (Pokuszenie, 1995). The director wrote the screenplays to all of her feature-length films.
