Biography
A graduate of the national film school in Ireland, Foy directed his first short film, 1902, in 2001. In 2006 he made The Faeries of Blackheath Woods, acclaimed on the international short film circuit. He directed a segment of the group film Hotel Darklight (2009), and Citadel is his first feature length film.
