Austrian filmmakers Sabine Hiebler and Gerhard Ertl have been making films together for over two decades, ever since they were students at the University of Art and Industrial Design in Linz.They showed their prize-winning experimental films around the world, along with their work in photography, visual arts and video. Their first feature film, NOGO (2002), was shown in Rotterdam and other festivals, garnering numerous awards along the way. ANFANG 80 (Coming of Age), was shown in competition at the 2012 Montreal World Film Festival where it won the Audience Prize for best film.
