Walter Tournier

Walter Tournier (1944) is a Uruguayan animator, screenwriter and director of animated films. He studied architecture and film. He has made a series of short animated films, such the award-winning Our Little Paradise (Nuestro Peque?o Paraíso, 1983), Caribbean Christmas (Navidad Caribe?a, 2001), and In Spite of Everything (A pesar de todo, 2003). He often works in TV. The adventure film Selkirk, the Real Robinson Crusoe (Selkirk, el verdadero Robinson Crusoe, 2012) is his feature debut.
