Biography
His first feature, Workers (2013), was premiered at the Berlinale and competed in San Sebastián, Mar del Plata and Busan. Won as best film at Biarritz and Huelva IFF. Awarded as best Mexican feature at Guadalajara. His second film, The Searches (2013), won in the Riviera Maya Festival, the World Cinema Amsterdam and the Jury Price at Biarritz.
