Born in Rome, filmmaker Pietro Castellitto is an actor, director and screenwriter with a degree in philosophy. He is the recipient of various accolades for his work as an actor. In 2020, he released his directorial and screenwriting debut I predatori, which won the Orizzonti Prize for Best Screenplay at Venice Biennale.
