Biography
Erik Shirai worked as a cinematographer on Anthony Bourdain's series No Reservations and created the series Eye What You Eat, also focused on the foodie world. In 2015 he presented his first movie, the documentary The Birth of Sake, produced by Masako Tsumura, recipient of a Special Jury Mention at Tribeca Festival.
