Biography

Dagmar Weaver-Madsen is Danish-American Cinematographer. Dagmar grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She was one of the three students admitted to attend the prestigious UCLA Masters Cinematography program where she earned her MFA.

She endeavors to make visually striking projects that complement great stories and brands. Dagmar has shot and worked on many films, but is especially proud of her work on Carlos Marques Marcet's feature "10,000KM " and Alex DeMille's "The Absence" for which Dagmar won the prestigious American Society of Cinematographer's William A. Fraker ASC Heritage Award.
