A student at master Wong-Fei-hung's martial academy, chubby and likeable butcher Lam Sai-wing (Sammo Hung) constantly lands in trouble - no more so than when he comes to the rescue of Kao Da-Hoi (Yuen Biao), the son of Master Ko (Lee Hoi-san) who heads opposing kung-fu school the Five Dragons. This is simply an action extravaganza. It's really not worth worrying about the story, which is just not the point in this case. It's all about the fact that all the characters are incredibly slick and the choreography of the fights is simply perfect. One can only marvel at what can be invented and how flexible some of the guys are and what they can do. Great entertainment.
