English Nostalgia should be put aside in a review, but I can't help myself here. I had fun watching this movie in the cinema when I was a kid and I have some great out-of-movie experiences associated with it. I'd probably see it differently today, but I'm going to ignore that and give it four stars. And Sigourney Weaver is really hot here. ()

English Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters! A legendary comedy now. A picture where the result of evaluation is not influenced in any way by nostalgia. Simply because Ghostbusters is somehow timeless. For its time it was technically innovative, had perfect chemistry between the actors, lots of references (not just) to celebrated horrors and mainly it’s a perfect summertime romp that you can repeat over and over and over again. English One of the great commercial hits of the 80s that could rely on the comedic abilities of Bill Murray and Dana Aykroyd. The famous S. Weaver contributed with her feminine charm, and Ivan Reitman supervised it all with skillful direction. The catchy film song and script containing a number of gags, along with the fact that the film was made as a typical mainstream family spectacle, contributed to the fact that Ghostbusters received direct global fame and can be perceived as a certain embodiment of commercially oriented production by American studios in the 80s. Overall impression 75%. ()

English A very funny and original comedy, but it's not so much the story and script that make it above average, but the inimitable performances led by Murray and Aykroyd. It's really powerful how just looking at their faces could make me smile. Oh, and I can't forget the music and the really interesting monsters, they definitely had something to them too, but I don’t consider it a cult classic, though. ()

English This is a childhood passion that still remains in me. I simply adore this movie. There are plenty of beautiful things in it, from fantastic tricks, great actors, humor, and beautiful Sigourney, to that enormous marshmallow man who just blows you away and makes you laugh if you haven't seen the movie yet. It hasn't lost anything even after years. ()
