Kate McQuean is a babe of a lawyer, with the face and body of a supermodel. Unfortunately, some ex-KGB assassins want to see her dead, so handsome, macho Florida cop Max Kirkpatrick is assigned to protect her. The two strongly dislike each other at first, but after being chased, shot at, and nearly blown up numerous times, contempt turns into love. A quite attractive Hollywood action flick with a captivating pace, almost explosive drive, and a solid runtime. Cindy Crawford is not a good actress, but as a sex-symbol? Oh yeah! William Baldwin is surprisingly likeable, and together they form a solid duo. Although the screenplay is very simple and there are plenty of plot flaws, we forget about everything thanks to the captivating and surprisingly skillfully directed action, of which there is a lot, and it's enjoyable to watch (the scene of the apartment explosion is brilliantly shot). The atmospheric music by Mark Mancina is also worth mentioning. A B-movie gem.
