Wanted

Wanted is an absolute blast and I have absolutely no reason to spare it any praise. ;) Salman Khan has definitely turned from a movie demigod to a god who entertains with absolutely everything he does. Each of his scenes is perfectly built on the effect of "Salman does everything best and still manages to do a bit more." :) His games with facial expressions, action, dialogue, gags, and dance numbers are great. Moreover, his pairing with my favorite sweetheart Ayesha Takia (who we met in Didn't Think of It) has been a dream of mine since A Tribute to Love. The perfect timing also did a lot, including a healthy serving of overblown patriotism and balanced violence unending. The only thing I was worried about was just the violence, but thankfully that was kept within the irony-parody boundaries, so I had no issues with it in the end. :) (10/13/2010)
