Zatoichi in Desperation

A very dark episode, no doubt about it. Katsu decided for the first time that he wouldn't just play the main role, but he would also take on the direction. And it shows. The movie is different from the ones before it. It's good, there's no doubt about it, but it's more mature, more violent, and more depressing than the movies before it. And Zaotichimu suits this. I'm quite sad that I only have two episodes left. Maybe I'll also watch the series afterwards? (06/26/2015)
