After a drought begins in Denver, farmers from South Park are offered to create a streaming service to supply water in exchange for money. It's practically on par with the weaker episodes of the last season, unfortunately also in terms of the number of jokes, which is sad considering the double runtime. The creators are already floundering quite a bit, even the message here is a bit late.
