English But yeah, at least it will touch those 60%. After all, it's an interesting story, even though it's presented with an incredible pathos that was evident from the beginning and of course, fully utilized. It's a shame because Cuba Gooding Jr. and Robert De Niro deliver splendid performances again, especially Robert. But ultimately, it's just another movie about the indomitability of human will. ()

English Robert De Niro's pissed-off pose was already seen in much better form (supported by a better script and director), and Cuba Gooding Jr. also doesn't exactly show off his acting skills. It's not that George Tillman Jr. completely failed in the director's chair, Men of Honor has decent potential, a few solidly thrilling, pathetic, and romantic scenes that will evoke mostly mixed emotions, but it suffers from a lack of creativity and a certain unfinished syndrome. Unfortunately, it also doesn't lack those typically wannabe strong and profound moments, which fortunately, aren’t many, so they can be endured and a three-star rating can better capture the average. English Affected American soap-operatic sludge with a cast that evokes grand ambitions. But all the masters stumble. ()
