Growing up in the Danish backwoods in the late 1990s is not all rainbows and unicorns. The only way to beat boredom here is to party with friends, but Alex mysteriously disappears after one party. The police do nothing, so his sister Emma and two friends decide to search on their own. The terrifying secrets of the sleepy town come to light and it becomes a very dangerous place to live.
