Plots(1)

This trilogy of horror comes from the gleefully demented minds of horror masters John Carpenter and Tobe Hooper. Three tales are told, each one increasingly terrifying. The first is tells the story of a woman being stalked by an axe-weilding maniac. The second is the story of a man who pays the ultimate price for a beautiful head of hair. The final tale shows what it is like to see life through the eyes of a killer. Good writing and performances that revel in the wickedness of the material make BODY BAGS a cut above most horror anthologies. Carpenter and Hooper deliver the hair-raising goods with aplomb, exercising the talent for scary storytelling that has made them famous. Stacy Keach is particularly a stand out as the vain man who gives up his freedom for a perfect mane of hair. BODY BAGS is in the vein of such classic horror anthologies as CREEPSHOW and DEADTIME STORIES. (official distributor synopsis)

English More of a diversion. You can tell the stories are more drawer material. "Gas Station" is a horrible waste that doesn't bring anything new to the table, "Hair" has a super funny idea but stops there, and "Eye" cuts it off at the best part. The acting performances are a horrible miscarriage and overall this is more for fans of 80's B horror... which I am not. On the other hand, I have to admit I wasn't bored. ()
