Freedom Day (2023) (S01E01)

English The first episode and I'm excited so far! I read the book and it completely captivated me, so I was extremely thrilled when they announced the upcoming TV show. The actors were well chosen, the plot stays true to the original, and the sets are believable. I'm looking forward to the next episodes! ()

Holston's Pick (2023) (S01E02)

English It's great to see that the all continues to follow the book and that you're once again enjoying it. Keep up the excitement, and here's to more great episodes ahead! ()

Machines (2023) (S01E03)

English The third episode maintains the high standard set by its predecessors. Although the decision to base the entire episode on the repair of the main generator may be debatable, it helps to further develop the ongoing storyline and explores the choice made by one of the main characters to accept the offer of becoming the local sheriff. The episode has a solid plot and action, although there are some technical elements that may not be entirely logical. Overall, it remains engaging and enjoyable to watch. ()

Truth (2023) (S01E04)

English An episode that serves as a flashback for the main character, providing additional context to the subsequent storyline. It's good and helps to fill in some of the gaps, but I would appreciate further progression regarding the unanswered questions about the mysterious force. Hopefully, the initial pace will not diminish, and we will get back on track soon. ()

The Janitor's Boy (2023) (S01E05)

English While everyone seems to be liking it, this episode was the least interesting for me so far. I don't want to say it's bad, it's not, but I felt like it lacked more action. We learned a few more things, which is cool, and we found out that something is fishy in the judiciary, so things are getting nicely tangled up, but still. Not much was resolved since Holsten's death, so hopefully, the upcoming episodes will shed more light on the situation. ()

The Flamekeepers (2023) (S01E07)

English This episode is decent... It's nothing groundbreaking, but it also doesn't bore you to death. If I disregard the fact that in the book we would already be somewhere faaaar faaaar away by now, the TV show is following its own storyline, which may not be as exciting as the book adaptation, but I wouldn't condemn it like some others here. We're learning more, there is progress in the plot, but it's about time they start addressing the things happening outside LOL. ()
