After his divorce, Bóna Péter, a beginner film director needs a bigger amount of money to settle his financial problems with his ex-wife. He travels to Pécs to see Sárika, an old veteran. He has not seen his aunt for a long time, and she receives him very friendly, but she flatly refuses to lend him any money. Her firm character of relentless purity and honesty makes Péter face his own shifty and messy life. Sárika is firm enough to resist the pursued criminal's, Klár Gyuri's blackmailing, too, although she used to help the young man's family for several years. She sells some pieces of her personal belongings to support a music school in Pécs, and she moves in an old people's home in Budapest. Péter feels a stronger and stronger admiration and belonging for her. (official distributor synopsis)
