After the fall of communism in the 1990s, the borders of Central and Eastern Europe opened, and so did the opportunities for travel. But only for those who could afford it. For the four enterprising friends Petya, Akos, Rozi and Laci, this was not an insuperable obstacle. After intensive research and experimentation with paper and Pelikan Blue ink, they began producing fake travel tickets to any number of destinations. It wasn't long before they discovered that there was a business opportunity with this commodity in demand. Only to a certain point. However, the police were lenient, and everything was dealt with by fines. This humorous story of the birth of the entrepreneurial spirit in an environment in which anything was possible, and in which the line between legal and illegal was all too fragile, is a memoir of the wild nineties, full of unlimited possibilities.
