When Tsutae (Michiyo Aratama) and Yoshiji's parents disapproved of their marriage, the lovers decide to flee from their hometown and head to Tokyo. They roam the streets for days, in search for a job. Hopeless and in desperate need of money, the unwed couple sets off for Suzaki Paradise, a red-light district. (Nikkatsu)
