In contrast to the action-packed and imaginative second installment, this sequel is literally a step backward. Apparently, Troma’s budget for this movie was very low so instead of bombastic effects and crazy masks, it was time to just talk and talk and talk. The third part of the series is the weakest so far, and was not saved even by Brick Bronsky from the last movie, playing three different roles here. This is, unfortunately, a rather cumbersome and unsatisfactory ending to the trilogy.
