We Never Die

After work, the actor Tordai Imre is hurrying to the horse-race. As usual, he loses, but suddenly he remembers his childhood, the sixties, when he won a lot of money once with Uncle Gyuszi. His uncle, who was a marketing coat-hanger salesman, took him to the turf, in the country, in markets first, it was him, who made him know the taste of freedom, women, life during a few strange, uncontrolled days at the beginning of the sixties. Horse races were the most important in the life of Uncle Gyuszi - beside being unengaged and loving women -, but he did not survive the last race of his life, which brought him a great award.
