Plots(1)
Gene Autry receives a telegram from his brother Tex in South Africa. Tex has discovered a huge diamond mine, but needs Gene's and Smiley's help to begin working it. They bring a team of horses and cowboys across the sea, but another prospector has a devious plan to chase the brothers away. Gene's travels are stalled by back-stabbing guides, fierce natives and ferocious animals. When they emerge from the jungle, Gene and his brother are accused of murder. They forge an unlikely partnership with Gwen, the daughter of the dead man, to clear their names and reclaim the mine. (official distributor synopsis)
