A tough L.A. cop (Brad Davis) discovers that his father has been brutally murdered and he is determined to get the killer - know as Iceman (Jonathan Banks) - and his sadistic sidekick (Adam Ant). Iceman blames the cop for the tragedy that left him with a mechanical voice-box which leads them on the chilling path of mutual destruction. (official distributor synopsis)
