Master Gunnery Sergeant Thomas Beckett (Tom Berenger) is the US Marine Corps' most decorated sniper. Having taken out warlords, drug czars and assassins, he has over seventy confirmed kills in his long and illustrious career. Beckett is hired by NSA officials William Avery (Denis Arndt) and Richard Addis (William Duffy) to perform a covert operation and eliminate a suspected terrorist. The assignment is intensified when the real purpose of the mission turns out to be something other than what Beckett is told. (Showtime)

It's got something going for it if you liked the previous films. It's quite nice to meet the sniper character again and see that he still has it, as well as to see how he ages and certain problems arise. It's not acted brilliantly, it's not even brilliantly filmed, but as an action movie, it still holds up pretty well.
