Gifted Me Liberty (S13E20)

Someone fails to bring a gift to the CIA Christmas party gift swap and Bullock is left without a gift. Bullock is enraged and demands to know who ruined the party but no one confesses. Bullock assigns Stan to the case of tracking the person down, but Stan is in fact the guilty party. Stan enlists Roger to help him lie his way out of the situation.
