English In the world of Hermína Týrlová’s fairytales everything is possible, even a rubber ball that an old couple keep in a cradle like a little baby, or an evil paper dragon with its chicks in a cloud nest at the top of a high-voltage tower, or an animated petrol pump with a hat. Liška's orchestral music adds a more dramatic edge to this more familiar piece. The paper dragon with its two teeth and sinister expression really inspires terror. This is one of the most frequently shown fairytales by Týrlová (in the old days, of course, when the Czech animation school was still "in vogue"). ()
