English Feel good vibe movie about the fact that even a total jerk and pedant can be cool at the core, he just needs the right people (or their influence) around him. Box of Moon Light doesn't tell this eternal theme in any extremely sophisticated way, and it's quite slow at times, but Turturro's acting is superb and Rockwell just is and rocks in front of the camera as usual. A not very well-known film, which will certainly not spoil a movie night, but it won’t make big waves either. ()

English Beautiful from beginning to end. I would love to write more, but it would be better if you watch it yourself. John Turturro is excellent and my favourite chameleon Sam Rockwell is (again) downright brilliant. ()

English Here we have a burnt-out man who spends most of his time being an engineer and is only interested in his work. He is drained, incapable of deeper emotions, and, due to excessive self-control and by being uptight, he is unable to share friendships with anyone and bitterly perceives his small popularity among colleagues. Then something happens that changes his previous life, and thanks to a chance encounter, he once again feels joy in life. Excellent performances by both main actors and a clever script are the main benefits of this unpretentious independent film. Overall impression: 90%. I feel close to the main character - hopefully not by our nature - but we do work in the same industry. :-) ()

English A very enjoyable film with an impeccable John Turturro and Sam Rockwell, who will hopefully play eccentrics for the rest of his life, as is the case here. ()
