Dare Rudd (John Wayne), a penniless vagabond, heads to Wyoming in the hope that his cousin, Tom Fillmore, will help him out. But once he gets there, money is the furthest thing from Dare's mind - it's Tom's girlfriend, Judy, that catches his eye, and he quickly employs every ounce of charm he can muster to win her affections. After a longer break, something with John Wayne again, this time a fairly old and short piece (not even an hour). From the beginning, it is clear that it won't be anything great, but rather a traditional western in both the good and bad sense of the word. Nice shots of exteriors with poor sound, beautiful scenery without a plot. For a moment, it seems like Duke will play the villain, but relax, you can breathe again, nothing is as black as it seems. For the effort, 50% yes.
