Wrongly accused of murder, John Brant (John Wayne) goes to the lam and joins an outlaw gang in order to hunt down the real killer in this action-packed western (only the second that a young, and still-unknown, John Wayne made as part of his tenure with Lone Star Productions). Matters aren't helped by the fact that he and the killer are both vying for the same woman too! Chock full of great horse-riding stunts, courtesy of co-star Yakima Canutt.
