English The screenplay, which is built on a skillful subversion of all genre clichés, is coaxed with sympathetic insight, but unfortunately, it already loses steam after a few minutes, when it gets bogged down in unnecessarily chaotic editing. The film remains above the average mainly thanks to its great cast, which later looks truly majestic on the count list (a busty blonde, an old man with a shotgun, a chatty ass-kicker). However, the truly funny moments are few, so the attempt at (self-)parody fizzles out, although it should be noted that the dose of hemoglobin very boldly exceeds the limits of most contemporary Hollywood horror productions. The unrated version rulezz! ()

English A proper B-movie full of wisecracks, violence and great heroes. Utterly unoriginal, but totally entertaining, unless you mind a broken leg here and there. ()

English The biggest audience fraud I've seen in a long time. "We're kidding, people, and all the clichés you'll see are intentional," the creators say. Cunningly. And those who fall for this ploy don't care that they get nothing but clichés and more clichés throughout the film, and that instead of a film that was supposed to laugh at all the killer horror movies, they're just watching more of them. And in a terribly stupid package. Humor flashes here and there (the telling of a story by an old woman who "knows"), but every such hint is quickly then sunk lightning fast. The work of destruction is completed by the dumbed-down cinematography and editing, which turns the scenes in which something happens into a cluttered, blurry goulash, cheap and awkward sexual innuendo of all kinds (monster and stuffed reindeer head, monster and monster, castrated monster...) and a song soundtrack that makes your ears bleed. English The advantage of the movie "Bloody Banquet" is also the fact that it is essentially an unstoppable ride. Something is happening from the beginning to the end, someone is dying, usually in an inventive way, and those who survive try to stay alive a little longer. It has a great pace, which I like about the movie, there are many ways in which things can go even more wrong, and they all succeed. The humor maintains throughout the movie until the very end. ()
