Gave this episode a solid four stars, but let's be real, without Barney, aka Neil Patrick Harris, there wouldn't be much to laugh about. Not that the rest of the plot wasn't amusing, it just had me smiling rather than laughing out loud. Without those international businessmen, it wouldn't have that same kick. / Lesson learned: Watch out for surveillance cameras.
