Bleach

Such a normal endless shōnen story. I got bored here and there, I couldn't sit still in my chair. Sometimes I even enjoyed the filler episodes more than the ones based on the manga. It's just a story where after defeating one enemy, ones two and three times stronger are waiting around the corner. Too bad most of the fights felt like a carbon copy, so I enjoyed the first ones, but then I got bored... And I was glad when a fight surprised me on the way to the second hundred. However, the music was a big plus for me, the accompaniment is just perfect sometimes. I like the theme with the violin the most, it sounds a bit like "Welcome to the Wild West". I mean, yeah, it's good, it's funny, it's suspenseful, it's touching, it's full of courage and friendship and betrayal and I don't know what all, but when you peel back that transparent skin, you actually find yourself watching a rather ordinary story about world domination, about the pursuit of power and strength. Couldn't anyone count for me how many times the phrase: "Are you still alive?" / "Are you still breathing?", although the question "Are you okay?" was definitely heard even more times. Well, check it out, but don't overdo it... The good episodes are the opening ones, the rescue of Rukia, and then the ones around 200 where we watch the "captaincy" of Urahara. Kono-bu-ge, Yoroshiku... btw. 29 Jul 2009 – Get that Inoue to stop screaming, yelling, saying: "Kurosaki-kun", she's pissing me off :D 17 Apr 2010 – finally the battle continues and now it's only going to get better and better, I know, I'm reading the manga :-D 22 Jun 2010 – I'm kinda getting tired of Bleach. It's getting pretty boring. So I'm changing the rating to a better 3 stars and we'll see in the future. 9 Oct 2010 – Well, Bleach has left us. It's not the same anymore. (07/26/2009)
