The final episode of the first season did not disappoint me in any way, it came with a decent amount of tension, a very high-quality atmosphere, and a gripping plot. There was significantly less cynical humor this time, but the creators made up for it with Dexter's fantastic performance in the final scene, so I was completely satisfied.
