Compared to previous episodes, the plot was slightly weaker and despite it being about catching a serial killer, the pace of the story was paradoxically slower. In the final episode, it was very noticeable that the third season relied mainly on the relationship between Dexter and Miguel, suddenly several weak spots appeared.
