Single mother Christie (Alpha Dog's Dominique Swain) faces the most terrifying Christmas Eve ever when she becomes the sole witness to the handiwork of the Picasso Killer (Halloween's Udo Kier), a cold-blooded maniac with an eye for beautiful women.
