Though originally kind at heart, Indra is becoming stricter and harsher toward the others. Ashura has a kind heart, but does not excel in Ninshu. Everyone believes that Indra is the apparent successor for Ninshu, but Hagoromo sends the brothers to two battle-scarred regions left untouched since the fight with Ten Tails.
