While a significant portion of the episode focused on Sterling Cooper's business orders, it was really all about relationships. Surprisingly, I found it quite intriguing. I enjoyed it, even though, once again, I missed Christina Hendricks. / Lesson learned: The customer is always right. Sucks, right?
