An epic tale about a group of whale watchers, whose ship breaks down and they get picked up by a whale fisher vessel. The Fishbillies on the vessel has just gone bust, and everything goes out of control. The main part is played by Gunnar Hansen – legendary Leatherface from origin The Texas Chain Saw Massacre! The country of origin and the setting on a whaling ship looked quite interesting and also unusual for horror. I quite looked forward to Harpoon, or rather, I was curious about it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be worse than expected. The problem is not with the direction, but rather with the script and the cast – maybe Júlíus Kemp should pick another team next time. I haven’t seen such an incredibly unlikeable and stupid bunch of characters in a long time. Those people looked for opportunities to get killed, while the killers took great pains to allow them to escape. I don’t recommend it, everything that is bad here has already been seen many times but well done.
