An average action road-movie/comedy with a shoddy screenplay. But it works well enough as casual entertainment, which is mainly thanks to the central duo of Damon Wayans and Adam Sandler, who do a great job of delivering some of the jokes.

It is evident that Sandler did not contribute to this film script-wise. They simply wanted to put him in the movie as a dumb character who eventually saves everything. However, this buddy movie simply doesn't work because those two are not buddies and don't become them either. Annoying characters in an annoying story that lacks any idea.
