English This year, there have been already two horror comedies that disappointed me: the Norwegian Dead Snow and the British Lesbian Vampire Killers, and I have mixed feelings about this one, too. It starts very promising, full of nice humour that made me laugh several times, and the numerous shots of the magic Irish countryside also add a nice mystical atmosphere. Unfortunately, everything is ruined somewhere around the middle. The jokes become considerably scarcer, the atmosphere vanishes and the resuscitated caveman doesn’t get much space. As a result, and despite its short runtime, you can’t avoid looking at your watch very often, which is quite a pity, the beginning is great and I wouldn’t mind granting it four stars. ()
