When four Delta Force commandos are captured by an elite Ninja force in an African forest, two top secret operatives (David Bradley and Dwayne Alexandre) are sent to free them. After taking refuge with an American Peace Corps nurse (Robin Stille), all are captured. Rescue lies in the hands of a retired ex-operative (Michael Dudikoff) who needs some persuasion - until the sinister enemy's ultimate scheme of nuclear terrorism against an American target comes to light. The movie is essentially made as a tribute to the character of Michael Dudikoff, who was the main protagonist in the first and second parts, which is also the only reason why it's worth giving the film some credit. The story is silly, the characters are stupid, and as for the action, it's not at a very good level either. So far, the worst part of the series.
