Celebrating their wedding anniversary, a bank clerk and his wife drive west from New York, along with another couple and their enormous dog. Hustled by would-be thieves, they end up in trouble with the police themselves. Six comedic actors combine in an abrasive and absurd crescendo that culminates in the classic pool cue sketch with W.C. Fields. (Locarno Festival)
