Clark Gable here looks even older than his actual age, but it doesn't take away from how he managed to play the role of a rugged cowboy who can charm a woman and perhaps soften up a bit because of her. Overall, action-packed westerns aren't bad, probably because of the journey where anything can happen. There's not that much surprising going on here.
