When American comedian Robert Hunter (Bob Hope) and his French colleague (Fernandel) travel to Paris to buy a script, the two have no idea it contains secret messages pertaining to a vicious gang of counterfeiters. When a mysterious blond (Anita Ekberg) has Hunter committed to an insane asylum for his own protection, it's up to his pal to help him escape. (official distributor synopsis)
