It’s Valentine's Day and love is in the air at Greendale Community College. Troy (Donald Glover) and Abed (Danny Pudi) compete for the attention of the college librarian, while Britta (Gillian Jacobs) strives to be progressive and befriends a fellow female student whom she believes is gay. I hoped I wouldn't have to write this, but after another Valentine's episode, it's becoming pretty evident that the series creators don't really ace the holiday episodes, even though they have the potential for a lot of fun. The episode ended up being just another one of those many episodes that fell short of humor and mostly left me feeling bored. Plus, in the days when I was still into the Premier League and football in general, I was all about Manchester United, so what's there to praise? / Lesson learned: If you're a loner, maybe don't overcommit to socializing.
