When Annie (Alison Brie) and Shirley (Yvette Nicole Brown) learn that Leonard (Richard Erdman) is actually holding the spot as the class valedictorian, they join forces to bring him down. Meanwhile, Troy (Donald Glover) and Abed (Danny Pudi) reminisce about one of their favorite body switching films, “Freaky Friday,” and when they inadvertently re-enact a critical scene, things start becoming a little funky at Greendale. Seriously now; this episode had the potential to be hilarious, only someone else would have to write it. The body swap idea could have made the eleventh episode the highlight of the fourth season, but unexpectedly everything went awry. Well, unexpectedly... Instead of having a good time, I received another dose of pseudo-deep musings, and this time it truly disappointed me. / Lesson learned: Oh well. When you start to get too excited, you'll end up disappointed.
