Fanfan la tulipe

Without the beautiful Penélope Cruz, who is only utilized here for her looks, there's essentially no point in watching the film. It tries to be funny, but it's not entertaining at all. It tries to be action-packed, but it comes off rather ridiculous. Vincent Perez didn't quite click with me, nor did the rest of the ensemble except for the mentioned Penélope. (12/03/2016)
