In this case, Schimanski has a huge mission: to save the German nation from typhus. Sometimes he catches a break with a whore or two, but most of the time he focuses on the case. So we get a proper crime flick with everything it entails. Without booze, dumb talking and with prostitutes who are able to provide a helping hand in the best way they can in crucial moments.
